Voilà longtemps que je n’avais pas participé à un des défis de Art Elements, c’est le thème qui m’a tenté, les baies. Ces grappes de petites boules colorées au goût acidulé. Comme d’habitude j’avais de grands projets et puis le temps est passé et je n’ai que deux petites choses à proposer. Une paire de boucles d’oreilles, grappe de perles et ce que je pensais être un bracelet mais que je vais certainement revoir en cadre ou élément dans un projet textile. J’ai aussi tenté de décorer une boîte mais pour l’instant, le résultat n’est pas celui escompté, je vous le montrerai peut-être une prochaine fois, lorsque je pourrai prendre une photo de jour. Comme d’habitude, j’écris ce post au dernier moment.
I hadn’t taken part in one of the Art Elements challenges for a long time but I could not resist the berry theme. Those delicious, gorgeous little fruits? I had multiple ideas as usual, but time got away and finally I only come up with two small creations. First a cluster of beads as earrings and then what I thought was going to be a bangle but will probably end up as a frame, or an element in a bigger project. I also wanted to decorate a tea box but I’m not satisfied with the outcome yet. However I’ll show it later on when I can take a picture in day light. As you can guess I’m writing this post at the last minute.

Those earrings are so pretty and tactile but oh my the ‘Bangle’ is just sumptuous and will look wonderful however you use it I’m sure.

I love the bangle, it is so statement making. If you think that it might not stay put in place with the berries showing up, it can be used as a (big) pendant on simple chain with a couple of beads as well.

The clusters (of both pieces) are so delicious and make my eyes very happy. The earrings are so juicy and fun, while the bangle (or whatever it ends up as) is very sophisticated. I love both!

Those berry cluster earrings are great. Love the length and movement. The bangle colors are gorgeous and its perfect for a winter accent.

I love the bangle as well. Green and purple are a favorite combination of mine. That green is so dynamic.

The earrings are sweet but oh my I love that bangle/frame that would look amazing as a little wreath with a cute little bow hung on a tree (I may still be in Christmas mode)!
